1. Eligibility: this giveaway is open only to those who follows the rules and who are at least 18+ years old at the time of entry. The giveaway is open to the legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States and is void where prohibited by law.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Simply Nursery, LLC and Simply Kids Room, LLC, as final and binding as it relates to the content.
3. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about April 28, 2022 at 12:00 PM and ending May 08, 2022 at 11:59 PM (EST). All online entries must be received by May 08, 2022 at 11:59 PM (EST).
4. How to Enter: Follow both IGs on Instagram: @simplynursery and @simplykidsroom, like the official post on @simplynursery an tag a friend on comments (every comment with a tag = 1 entry).
5. Prizes: The prize is a Retro Side Table in hazelnut or natural washed finish ($139.00 + free shipping). The winner will choose which finish will be shipped. You are not guaranteed to win a prize and your chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible comments on the official photo. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The prize is nontransferable. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Simply Nursery, LLC and Simply Kids Room, LLC to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner selection and notification: Winner of the Giveaway will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified via Instagram within five (5) days following the winner selection.Simply Nursery, LLC and Simply Kids Room, LLC shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive the message and notices due to security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Terms: Simply Nursery, LLC and Simply Kids Room, LLC reserve the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In such case, Simply Nursery, LLC and Simply Kids Room, LLC may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Simply Nursery, LLC and Simply Kids Room, LLC. Simply Nursery, LLC and Simply Kids Room, LLC reserve the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway.
