Return Policy

Simply Nursery's mission is guarantee your satisfaction. If you are afraid to purchase our products, calm down! If you receive your order and then you are dissatified, we accept exchange or refund your product. For more details, read all Return Policy.

Simply Nursery can only accept returns of products purchased from our website. All items to be returned must have a return authorization (RA) from our customer service department prior to return.

You must have your order number to request a return. Products returned without RA will not be accepted. Once the return is approved, ship it back to us at the address provided with your RA.


Return for Dissatisfaction

If you received your product and you are dissatisfied, your return request should be made by filling our form in our Return Request page, within 7 days from the receipt date of order.

Important: Return should be realized on the following condition:

The product must be intact, in new condition and in original packaging (even you opened the package and furniture assembled) with all parts, assembly instructions and hardware provided.

Exchange Option: When you contact our Customer Service you should inform the new product chose (less or equivalent value of the returned product) with the respective identify code. When the returned product is received and have passed by our professionals inspection, your order will ship out within 2 business day.

Refund Option: Refund will be realized after the returned product is received and has passed by our professionals inspection. After, you will receive a full refund from the original order (less the cost of shipping, for orders under than $150). An email confirmation will be sent when the refund has been issued.

We are not responsible for return packages that may be damaged or lost in transit. Simply Nursery reccomend that you choose a shipping with tracking and insurance.
 

Damage
In the act of receivement, verify product's conditions. In case you realize damage, refuse the receivement and inform immediately Simply Nursery's Customer Service.

In case you receive your order and it has any transportation's damage, it is necessary that product were to returned in the original packaging, in new conditions and with all parts, assembly instructions and hardware provided, then the substitution can be made with same model product.

Deadline to fill our form in Return Request page is 7 days from the receipt date of product. Your order can be exchanged or cancelled only after our professionals inspect the returned product. Deadline for exchange depends of the region where the collect and new shipping will be realized.


Technical Defect

If you bought a product in our website and verified any manufacturing's defect within 30 days from the date of receivement, you can request to exchange in our Return Request page. You'll need to send us picture of product with technical defects. 

It is necessary that product returns in the original packaging (even that the package was opened and furniture assembled) with all parts, assembly instructions and hardware provided. Simply Nursery will provide shipping, deadline of collection will be informed by email or telephone. Product will be inspected by our professionals.

Important: Products will be inspected and may be returned to the customer if any defect isn't found or if the conditions above aren't followed.
