Shipping cost

Shipping is free for orders over $150. On orders under $150, the shipping cost is covered by the customer and calculated based on the destination’s zip code.

 

Delivery time

Your order will leave our warehouse in 1–3 business days after the purchase is completed.

Estimated delivery time is calculated based on your zip code – shown on the product’s page. Expected delivery time is 2-7 business days.

The shipment’s tracking number is sent via email as soon as it’s made available by the carrier.

 

Most orders with heavy items are shipped with a wooden pallet by our partner carriers.

Deliveries are either front-door or curbside, depending on the carrier. We don't perform inside deliveries.

 

International Shipping is not available (including Alaska, Canada and Puerto Rico)

We don’t ship to U.S. Military addresses (APO/ FPO).

On order over $800 shipped to Hawaii, a flat shipping rate of $500 is charged. It’s not possible to place orders under $800 to Hawaii.

 

Your delivery will be made without prior authorization or signature.

Due to logistical reasons, changes in the delivery address after order confirmation cannot be done or expedited.

If your order exceeds 40 lbs, it will be stacked on a 60 lb pallet, so please ensure the delivery location can accommodate this format.

Your item(s) will be delivered to the front desk area for condos and apartments with a front desk. If the apartment or condo does not have a front desk, the item will be delivered right outside the front entrance.
